RETURNS POLICY
Do you accept returns?
Yes, we accept returns within 30 days of receiving your original order. The product must be unused in good physical condition and/or you must state a valid legal reason for returning the product.
How can I return my item?
You can return any item for a refund within 30 days of receiving your original order. Attach the order receipt supplied with your order and send it back to us (Virginutty Ltd, 12 Colas Mews, London NW6 4LH).
SHIPPING
How much does shipping cost?
You can see our shipping costs at checkout, just before you complete your order. We offer a standard UK flat rate (£2), next day delivery rate (£4) and ship within the EU (£6).
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do. If your country is not listed in the country options at checkout, drop us an email at melissa@virginutty.co.uk.
When will my order arrive?
We dispatch orders within 2 working days. You will receive a notification email once your order has shipped. Orders are not shipped on weekends or bank holidays.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you can track next day and international orders.
How long will it take for my order to arrive after being shipped?
